We greatly appreciate those who have reserved early and have the patience
to wait for a SNUGGLE PUGGLE pug or puggle. We offer our newest arrivals to those on our reserve list for the first
opportunity of selection before posting puppies on our site as available.
Reservation Policy:
A puppy is not reserved by you, until your deposit is actually received.
Many people will email and say they are sending a deposit and it is never
received or received weeks later. This DOES NOT hold your spot or puppy.
When you say you are sending a deposit or payment, it must
be received within 3 days or the spot or puppy will become available.
Sales contract must be printed from site and included with deposit.
When a new litter arrives, we will contact you via email with a birth
announcement which includes # of pups in litter, sex of each puppy
and the picking order list. If there are not enough of the sex you requested
on your sales contract , you may forward your deposit to our next litter or have your deposit refunded. Deposits are only refunded in this situation or any other problem on our end. At
age 2 weeks we will send an update and a group picture of the babies and age 5 weeks we will send individual pictures and
personality descriptions in order for you to make your choice. These will be send in order of deposits received.
All deposits apply towards the purchase price of the puppy, by the age of
6 weeks the remaining balance for the puppy is due and receiving arrangements are made. If a puppy we have held for you is
not paid in full or arrangments made by age 8 weeks, the puppy will be posted as available and deposit forfeited. Shipping
must be at age 8-9 weeks. Pickups must be scheduled in advance by appointment only. Keep in mind you are picking up at our
home.
PAYMENT FORMS:
Please keep in mind, we are not a large kennel, pet store or company, we
are small breeders,
therefore at this time we accept payment in these forms only.
DEPOSITS: Personal checks, cashiers bank checks, money order,
western union, cash if in person
BALANCES: NO personal checks for balance
casheirs bank check, money order, cash if picking up or western union
( western union will allow you to use your credit card )
also allows you to use your credit card
Email for phone # and or deposit amount and address to send to. We do not
post our phone # on our site due to the
fact we continued to have calls after midnight about puppies
and this is our home #. Thank your for understanding.
