Please read the following, we do not have a formal application but do ask that you read over our website before making your final decision to purchase.         

The Sellers certify that the puppy described above is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of our knowledge  and has been given all vaccinations and wormings stated on the vaccination record provided to the Buyer(s). We do our best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy. The buyer will be responsible for further vaccinations and boosters. The puppy will be vet checked and have vet check and certification before flight, this is required for shipping a puppy.

The Buyer(s) agree to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from time the puppy is either picked up or arrives by airplane. Failure to do so voids this health guarantee. If the veterinarian examining the puppy finds the puppy has an infectious disease, the Buyer(s) agree to provide the Sellers a written, signed statement from the examining veterinarian detailing the findings. In this case, the Sellers agree to resume possession of the puppy, it will be the buyers responsibility to return ill puppy to seller and the seller will  apply the purchase price as credit toward another puppy or a replacement puppy if one is available. The Sellers reserve the right to confirm the diagnosis with a veterinarian of their choice. The Seller will not be responsible for any expenses you may incur, including shipping and vet expenses. Absolutely, no cash refunds will be given, no exceptions. Puppy replacement or credit for future puppy only.

Furthermore, the Sellers guarantee the puppy to be free from any significant health-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for a period of 9 months. If any such condition is found by a licensed veterinarian, and supported in writing, the Sellers agree to resume possession of the puppy and give a equal value replacement puppy or a credit for a future puppy. The Sellers reserve the right to confirm the diagnosis with a veterinarian of their choice. Additionally, the Sellers reserve the right to require the Buyer(s) to provide substantiation of any such congenital condition with X-rays and/or laboratory tests.

The Buyer(s) agree to provide an adequate, climate controlled home for this puppy, preferrably indoors due to the Pug breed's tendency to overheat. The Buyer(s) further agree to keep all vaccinations current, including rabies, and to provide regular periodic heartworm preventative as prescribed by their veterinarian.The seller reserves the right to void this agreement of the sale before final payment is received, if seller determines the sale not be be in the best interest of the puppy.Deposit would be returned to buyer if seller does void contract.

This warranty, guarantee applies only to the original buyer and does not apply in the event the buyer transfers possession of ownership to a third party. The venue for any litigation that can't be settled between buyer and seller concerning this contract shall be held in Bolivar, TN

The following are NOT covered by this guarantee:

	Reimbursement for veterinary expenses
	Reimbursement for air transport or return
	External parasites, such as ticks or fleas, or their effects (your puppy has been bathed with a gentle anti-flea puppy shampoo and has been given the best of care and cleanliness, but it would be possible for him/her to pick up a flea or two during transportation)
	Internal parasites, such as intestinal worms, or their effects (almost every puppy has some sort of intestinal worms; although we have wormed your puppy regularly, it only takes a few days for him/her to pick up another "batch." That's just a part of puppyhood, which is why a recommended worming schedule is provided.) Hernias (they are not life threatening and can be corrected with simple procedure and often correct themselves.
	Any injury or illness which could have occurred during air transport.
	Any inheritable trait not affecting the puppy's health, such as color, ear set, height & weight, buyer understands that with any living thing nature always has the last say and because of this the seller does not guar't adult size, color, or temperment.
	We strongly recommend but do not require that your puppy be spayed or neutered if it is purchased as a pet.
